APS provides solutions for routing cables, wires, and piping through open-cut trenches or existing carrier pipes. Bore Spacers and Duct Bank Spacers are manufactured from high-strength HDPE or polypropylene for electrical and communication conduit installations. Custom configurations are available for a wide range of applications.

Bore Spacers

For Electrical, Conduit-in-Casing, and Communication Applications

APS Bore Spacers support and cradle conduit for easier installation while allowing grout to flow freely and eliminating voids. Manufactured from high-strength HDPE or polypropylene, they are designed for electrical and communication conduit installed beneath roads, railroads, and other obstacles in casing diameters of 8″ and larger.

Bore Spacers maintain accurate conduit positioning and alignment, reducing installation time, providing electrical isolation, improving efficiency, and helping ensure a correct installation every time.

Duct Bank Spacers

Duct Bank Spacers are used in open-cut sections of electrical conduit installations, including trenches. They do not require the additional features associated with Bore Spacers, such as grout-flow holes or rollers.

In addition to single-piece models, APS manufactures multi-piece Duct Bank Spacers to accommodate a wide variety of installation requirements.
